Situated in the heart of Tirana’s bustling commercial and business district, this project primarily serves the commercial and hospitality sectors, but also includes multiple residential floors. The project is located in the Ish Blloku area, adjacent to another pre-existing building that is currently expanding. The design concept aims to establish a direct dialogue with this ‘twin’ project, creating a dynamic yet harmonious contrast in both form and materials.

The streamlined base of the building at ground level not only relieves the overall mass but also provides commercial space that can enhance Brigade VIII Street. This design choice creates a sensation of floating above the ground. The facade features a rhythmic alternation of arched windows, offering panoramic views of the city. This phasing creates a dynamic sense of height. The use of unique and luxurious materials further distinguishes the building.
