The project’s concept embodies the city’s vertical expansion—an essential residential and multifunctional complex poised to serve as a new landmark. It is designed to seamlessly integrate with Tirana’s evolving urban fabric, functioning as a catalyst and an urban magnet.

The structure minimizes its connection to the ground while maximizing vertical growth through significant lateral extensions, creating covered spaces on the ground floor to enhance commercial activities. The facade is thoughtfully crafted using a diverse composition of marble-clad columns. This complex encompasses a wide range of amenities, including parking facilities, shopping centers, bars/restaurants, offices, residences, and penthouses.
