The project “Tirana Lana Riverside Residences” consists of reimagining the plot by requalifying it through a comprehensive proposal and contemporary architecture, with integrated functions including residential, wellness services, commercial activities, as well as office spaces and various workspaces.

The volumetric composition of the project primarily develops along the perimeter of the construction site, surrounding and shaping it with linear elongated forms along a horizontal extension, but also relates vertically through the high volume that aims to become a new symbol for “Gjergj Fishta” Boulevard and a new landmark for the capital.
